Cardiff has been a market town for over 600 years and this is its original supermarket. Still going string today, with over 50 stalls that show off their wares beneath the splendid Victorian Canopy, this is the place to experience shopping as it used to be.
This popular and lively market is in the centre of Cardiff. The market hosts a good range of stalls including a large fishmonger's, several butchers, greengrocers, a cheese shop, takeaway foods, a good selection of second-hand CDs and videos, two pet shops and a Christian book shop.
