Airport launches social media push

Cardiff Airport has launched a number of social media channels to improve its communications and offer a more interactive experience for its passengers. Via the new channels the airport is encouraging travellers to get in touch with them directly if they have any queries or concerns.
Passengers can also use the channels to post feedback on their experience travelling through airport. They also allow for news, offers and competitions to be set to passengers.
