Flybe launched flights between Cardiff Airport and Paris earlier this week. The new service operates 7 days a week throughout the year, with fares from £34.99 (one way including taxes and charges).
Mike Rutter, chief commercial officer of the airline, said he expects the early morning departure and same day afternoon returns to attract business travellers. He added: 'The addition of Cardiff as a new base for Flybe is of significant importance to us. We are committed to investing in the region and bring our low cost, high quality service to our customers.'
