Zurich flights take off

Helvetic Airways launched a new service between Cardiff and Zurich in Switzerland this week. They will operate the route four times a week - each Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
The route is serviced using a 100 seat Fokker aircraft and it is the first time in the airport’s history that it has operated a direct route to Zurich. It is hoped the service will attract business and leisure travellers from Wales and south-west England.
