bmibaby celebrates 6 years, 18,000 flights and 3.5 million passengers at Cardiff Airport on Tuesday. To mark the sixth anniversary bmibaby will be asking passenger to join in the celebrations on and enjoy a slice of cake.
The low cost airline began flying from Cardiff in 2002 and since the inaugural flight has carried over 3.5 million passengers. Currently bmibaby fly between Cardiff and Malaga, Alicante, Amsterdam, Belfast, Edinburgh, Faro, Glasgow, Jersey, Murcia and Palma. From December 20 it will fly to Geneva, a great gateway to top ski resorts, for the winter season and from next summer it will also fly to Lisbon.
